All orders are shipped within the continental United States via FedExGround. For 2nd Day, 3rd Day & Overnight shipments please see our shipping costs in our shopping cart. Ground rates that are used for anything other than continental US shipping will be recharged accordingly.
We ship to all U.S. states including Alaska & Hawaii. Our rate is for ground shipping only in the continental United States. Orders outside the continental U.S. may incur extra charges that will be added to your credit card automatically.
A service charge of $7 will be added to APO and FBO Addresses.
How do I exchange or return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. To receive full credit less shipping charges, merchandise must be in transit within 20 days of receipt. Merchandise being returned beyond 20 days will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. To request a return authorization within 20 days of purchase, please call 1-866-960-6636 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Packages cannot be accepted without a return authorization number as items may be returned to different locations.
We can only accept items in original condition. No item that has been modified can be returned. If you have a damaged item, please retain all packaging until your claim has been settled. Your damaged goods may or may not be requested to be returned.
Please send your package, including your return and exchange form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Be sure to provide proper packaging to ensure the product is returned to us with the same careful consideration we used to ship it to you. Indicate the reason for the return/exchange on the back of your shipping invoice. Follow the shipping instructions given with your return authorization. Please prominently display your return authorization number on the outside of the box. Please insure your return shipment, as we are not responsible for items which incur damages during return shipping or which we do not receive.
We do not refund shipping charges. All freight charges incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I change my mind after my order has been shipped?
It’s our mission to ship to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, once your order has been shipped we do not have the ability to "retrieve" or cancel the delivery. Please follow the return instructions as posted above. If you refuse delivery, your return will be processed and both ship to and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
